Professional Experience
Prior to co-founding their desert real estate business, Sheri Dettman was a top producer in the commercial real estate divisions of CBS/Viacom and Clear Channel outdoor advertising in Los Angeles. Sheri has negotiated hundreds of complex real estate contracts. Sheri is a full time real estate professional who lives and works in La Quinta.
"Tennis is my racquet. I enjoy the workout and the many friends I've made on the courts. I'm a tennis/fitness member of the La Quinta Resort and Citrus Club, both in La Quinta. They offer a great membership program for anyone that doesn't play a lot of golf. I get to the gym six days a week which helps me keep up with a busy schedule ensuring that each of our clients gets maximum service and results.
I was raised on a dairy farm in nearby Hemet. After capturing the Miss California title I hightailed it to Newport Beach, San Francisco and finally Los Angeles, to do some modeling and acting. While paying the bills for acting, I worked with Wolfgang Puck at the Original Spago and Jeremiah Tower at Stars in San Francisco."

Bill brings over 30 years of business and marketing understanding and expertise to the table. As CEO/Founder of a national pro-audio direct sales company, Bill spent 27 years building one of the 20 largest pro-audio companies in the U.S. Bill's marketing experience includes direct mail, catalog, retail and e-commerce. He successfully sold his company in '04 to concentrate full-time to his other passion - real estate.
"Golf is my game. I carry about a 12 index which would fall to around a 9 if I didn't spend so much time in the office. After almost 30 years of marketing I still look forward to implementing creative ways of serving our clients and prospective clients.
I've been a member of the Palms Golf Club in La Quinta since '02, and a fitness member at La Quinta Resort and The Citrus Club in La Quinta. In my youth I skated professionally with Ice Capades, later becoming their Lighting Director, as-well-as designing lighting for a number of touring rock groups. I'd guess that I've spent about seven years of my life on the road.
I was introduced to the desert by my parents in the mid 60's who had a double-wide mobile home in the desert. I read the sports and business sections every day and never miss my favorite comic strips."

Dorothy is responsible for managing and monitoring each transaction process once an escrow account is opened. Dorothy maintains all escrow files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the escrow of each property. As each escrow progresses, Dorothy interfaces with clients, vendors and the rest of our real estate team, making the escrow process as easy as possible. Dorothy's attention to detail helps Sheri to focus on client service while maintaining quality control of each escrow process.

Michelle manages the day-to-day operations and administration of our Realty Executives office in La Quinta. When you call or visit the office Michelle will usually be on hand to greet you. Michelle handles multiple tasks every day working with clients, vendors and brokers to keep things running smoothly.

Stacy Van OostingStacy oversees each and every escrow to ensure the escrow process runs smoothly. She reviews contracts, disclosures and physical inspections with each buyer or seller client. Stacy is always available for questions regarding the escrow process and keeps clients informed throughout escrow.
