The fairways of Arnold Palmer's 18-hole signature golf course afford every home a picturesque golf course or sparkling lake view, or a mountain view of the scenic Santa Rosa or Chocolate Mountains.
Interestingly, the Mountain View site was originally planned as an extension of The Citrus Golf Club, located just across Jefferson Street. A golf cart tunnel had been built to connect the two properties as a planned second 18 holes of golf for the Citrus. Plans changed and the site was sold to, and developed by, Toll Brothers, a national builder of luxury golf and gated communities.
Amenities at Mountain View include the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, clubhouse with dining room and snack bar, fitness center and spa, and outdoor pool.
Mountain View Country Club Real Estate Opportunities Real estate opportunities at Mountain View include single family homes and Village condos:
- Single-family Homes: Semi-custom homes in the Villas and Vistas neighborhoods range from 2,500 to almost 4,500 square feet. Homes are located both on and off the Mountain View golf course.
- Mountain View Condos: Located in the Village neighborhood adjacent to the clubhouse, condos are available in six semi-custom plans in a variety of styles and prices. Two and three bedroom floor plans range from 2,013 to 2,747 square feet. Condos were developed starting in '06 and are still being built today. Sheri has access to both new and resale condos, with many including golf memberships or other incentives.
Note: Mountain View's Social Membership dues are mandatory for property owners unless joining the golf club. This is in addition to the monthly HOA's.
