The PGA West Nicklaus course is home to both golf course condos and single family homes. Single family homes were built from 1990 to 2000. Condos were developed from 1990 through 1992. 'Nick Private' HOA dues include front yard landscape maintenance, access to community pools / spas, and trash pickup.
The Nicklaus Private Course has been ranked several times by Golf Magazine as one of the 'Top 100 Courses in the World.' Originally designed to host the 1991 Ryder Cup, the event was ultimately moved to The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island, SC, to better accommodate international television coverage. The course features a wide array of unique golf holes, elevated tees, sunken fairways, and undulating greens for golfers of all abilities.
